We source each ingredient from farms we trust as well as from purveyors
who supply Michelin-starred restaurants. 

Lemon Lavender

With fresh lavender, juicy citrus, and wild botanicals, 
this apéritif is bright and herbaceous.

Lemon

We use locally grown lemons to add a bright, citrus flavor that gives the taste buds a wake up call without tipping the balance of our flavors.

Lavender

Lightly floral and earthy, our lavender comes from local Sonoma County farms and adds a hint of herbaceousness.

Chamomile

Biodynamic and organic, our Emperor’s chamomile comes from fields in Cairo, Egypt. The dried flowers add a subtle, floral sweetness.

subtle elderflower.

Citrus Flower

Lemon

We use locally grown lemons to add a bright, citrus flavor that gives the taste buds a wake up call without tipping the balance of our flavors.

Orange Peel

We add orange peel for both its flavor and its aromatic qualities. It has the perfect balance of sweet and bitter.

Elderflower

Extracted from tiny white flowers, elderflower berries pack a lot of flavor
— think a delicate mix of sweet and tart.

Pomegranate Rosemary

Bright and earthy, this punchy aperitif is a blend of 
pomegranate, berries, and woody herbs.

Pomegranate

Rich, tart, and tangy, this pure pomegranate molasses from Lebanon is made by reducing fresh pomegranate juice with a touch of sugar.

Rosemary

We use organic rosemary grown right here in California. Woody and herbal, it’s the perfect compliment to the punch of the pomegranate.

Wild Juniper Berries

Our wild juniper berries are foraged by hand high in the Swiss Alps. They bring a fresh, woodsy aroma and a touch of sweetness to each sip.

Sweet and tart, these Oregon red raspberries are picked at their peak for that bright, mouthwatering, fruity flavor.

Make Recipes with Haus

Beginner

LAVENDER LEMONADE

2 OZ Lemon Lavender
1 OZ Lemonade
1 OZ Sparkling water

Serve in a tall glass on ice.

Intermediate

SPARKLING LAVENDER GIMLET

2 OZ Lemon Lavender
3/4 OZ Gin
1/2 OZ Fresh lime juice
SPLASH Sparkling water, to top

Advanced

LAVENDER FIZZ

2 OZ Lemon Lavender
SPLASH vodka
SPLASH Lemon juice
1 Egg white

Combine the four ingredients into a shaker (pre-separate the egg white from the yolk) and shake vigorously until frothy. Add ice cubes, shake vigorously again and strain into a cocktail glass.

Lemon Lavander

CITRUS FIZZ

3 OZ Citrus Flower
2 OZ Sparkling Water

Serve on the rocks with a lemon slice.

Intermediate

HAUS TONIC by Rebekah Peppler

2.5 OZ Haus Citrus Flower
1/2 OZ Dry vermouth
1/2 OZ Simple syrup
1/2 OZ Lime juice
1 OZ Tonic water
Lime wheel

Combine the Haus Citrus Flower, dry vermouth, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously, strain into a coupe glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge.

HEY LOVE-PAPA LOVES MAMBO

3 PARTS Haus Citrus Flower
1 PART Gin
1/2 PART Passion fruit juice
1/2 Fresh lime, juiced

Combine all ingredients into shaker with ice. shake and strain into cocktail glass.

Citrus Flower

HAUS SPRITZ

2.5 OZ Haus Pomegranate Rosemary
2 OZ Orisecco
Splash Soda Water

Serve over ice in wine glass, garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of rosemary.

Intermediate

ROUGE SPRITZ

2 OZ Pomegranate Rosemary
1 OZ Amaro (we suggest amaro montenegro)
SQUEEZE Lemon
Top with Lambrusco

Combine in a wine glass, stir to combine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, if you wish.

Advanced

THE WARMUP

2 OZ Pomegranate Rosemary
2 OZ Black tea (served hot)
SLICE Lemon
SQUEEZE honey (optional)

Combine in a teacup, stir to combine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, if you wish.

Pomegranate Rosemary

ROSÉ SPARKLER

3 OZ Rose Rosé
2 OZ Sparkling water

Serve on the rocks.

Intermediate

GARDEN PARTY

3 OZ Rose Rosé
3 OZ Prosecco
2 OZ Sparkling water
SPLASH Fresh lime juice
Muddle mint leaves

Muddle mint leaves in glass, add all ingrdients and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Advanced

ROSE CIDER

2 PARTS Rose Rosé
1/4 OZ Cinnamon simple syrup
SPLASH Dry apple or pear cider, like Shacksbury Dry

Stir on ice and top with cider. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Serve in double rocks glass.

Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Bring 1 cup water and 2-3 cinnamon sticks to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, occasionally stirring. Take out cinnamon, bring the solution back to boil, pour in 3/4 cup sugar and stir until everything has dissolved, allow time to cool.
