We source each ingredient from farms we trust as well as from purveyors
who supply Michelin-starred restaurants. 

Spiced Cherry

Rich and fruit-forward with earthy spices, this apéritif
lets cherry's natural flavor shine.

Dried Cherry

The deep cherry flavor comes from a mix of sweet and sour cherries, hand picked from heirloom Michigan cherry trees.

Cocoa Nibs

Sourced from the famous Kokoa Kamili cooperative in Tanzania, cocoa nibs add a bright, fruity note.

Tellicherry Pepper

Grown in Kerala, India, Tellicherry pepper is considered to be one of the finest peppers in the world. It adds a sweet spice to every sip.

Spiced and smooth, this apéritif combines warm spices with herbal
roots and orange peel. 

New Fashioned

Saigon Cinnamon

More intense than your typical cinnamon bark, this sweet spice is warm and peppery with just a bit of kick.

Ginger

This citrus staple adds a zesty aroma and deep golden color. We use fresh California yuzu and hand-zested yuzu peel from Japan.

Grapefruit Jalapeño 

Light and refreshing, this aperitif is a bright blend of citrus with
a subtle kick of fresh jalapeño. 

Grapefruit

We use whole grapefruits, sourced locally whenever possible, to bring a sweet-meets-tart acidity to every sip.

Jalapeño

SFresh jalapeño adds a subtle kick to every pour. (Don’t worry, it’s not that kind of hot.) We use jalapeños sourced nearby in California.

Makrut Lime Leaf

Bright and tropical, these California-grown lime leaves are picked and dried by hand to maintain the rich aromatics.

Haus is a line of all-natural aperitifs handmade in California. Known
for their complexity and lower alcohol content, aperitif cocktails are popular across the world as a sophisticated way to drink with friends.

CHERRY TONIC

3 OZ Spiced Cherry
2 OZ Tonic water

Pour over ice in a Collins glass, garnish with a lemon twist.

Intermediate

HAUS MANHATTAN

3 OZ Spiced Cherry
SPLASH Rye whiskey

Stir with ice until chilled and strain into a martini glass or coup. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Advanced

LA ULTIMA CASA

3 OZ Spiced Cherry
SPLASH Mezcal
SPLASH Yellow Chartreuse

Mix in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain into martini glass or coup. Garnish with a lime twist.

THE NIGHTCAP

3 OZ New Fashioned
SPLASH whiskey

Serve on the rocks with an orange peel.

MIDNIGHT SPECIAL

3 OZ New Fashioned
2 OZ Dry sparkling wine
1 OZ Tonic Water
SPLASH AMARO (optional)

Garnish with an orange peel.

Advanced

ESPRESSO MARTINI

1 OZ New Fasioned
1 OZ Mr. Black
1 OZ brewed coffee
.05 OZ Maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnished with a pinch of sea salt.

GINGER TONIC

3 OZ Ginger Yuzu
2 OZ Tonic water

Serve on the rocks.

Intermediate

SPICED GINGER SPRITZ

3 OZ Ginger Yuzu
2 OZ Dry sparkling wine
1 OZ Ginger beer
SPLASH Fresh lime juice

Garnish with a lime twist.

Advanced

HAUS PENICILLIN

3 OZ Ginger Yuzu
SPLASH Lemon juice
SPLASH Smokey scotch
1 TSP Honey

Stir, pour over ice. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.

3 OZ House Grapefruit Jalapeño
.5 OZ Tequila or Mezcal (or 'splash')

Serve over ice in rocks glass, garnish with grapefruit wedge (alt option — garnish with lime wedge + sliced jalapeño in glass).

Intermediate

FRESH AIR

3 OZ Grapefruit Jalapeño
1 OZ Vodka
1/2 OZ Fresh grapefruit juice
FRESH Basil leaves

Gently muddle two basil leaves with a small amount of sugar in a mixing glass to release oils. Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with a small amount of ice and stir, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a large basil leaf.

SCENIC ROUTE

3 OZ Grapefruit Jalapeño
1 OZ Blanco tequila
3/4 OZ Fresh lime juice
FRESH Grapefruit peel
1-2 SPRIGS Cilentro

Gently muddle a few sprigs of cilantro (with stem) with a small amount of sugar in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with a small amount of ice and stir, strain into a coupe glass. Wipe grapefruit peel along the ring of the glass to expel oils and add to drink as garnish.
